Every job is different, so I provide a tailored estimate before any work begins. Materials and parts can be supplied by me or the client, depending on preference.
Rather than having smaller pieces of work completed one at a time, many clients prefer to create a to-do list for me and I spend a morning, afternoon or day tackling them all.
It's amazing how different your home can feel after having all those little tasks done.
Some other things you should know;

Most jobs I can manage alone however if I need an extra pair of hands I'll make you aware of any additional cost.

Parts or material costs will be in addition to these rates and agreed before work is started.

If parts or material costs exceed £99 payment will be required in advance.

I don't pay VAT as I'm under the threshold so neither will you on my labour rates.

Removal of debris, rubbish or garden waste must be agreed in advance as additional cost maybe incurred.

Full payment is due upon completion of the work. I accept bank transfer and contactless payment.
